Prices stated on our customer order forms are from the financial institution(s) providing your contract agreement, but do not constitute a contractual obligation to supply.
You will not have the right (under distance selling regulations) to cancel the Agency Contract once you have signed and returned it and we have begun to source the vehicle. Any cancellation fee imposed under the terms of this order is payable immediately. We obtain the most accurate estimations that we are able to from the supplying dealer and manufacturer, however delivery times stated can vary due to manufacturer build schedule changes and/or transport constraints - we cannot be held responsible for any variations and this does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation unless the estimated time is in excess of 28 working days. Contract documents must be signed and returned together with any necessary proofs or documents required by the finance institution or leasing company within 14 days of you receiving them, in addition, delivery of stock vehicles (unless agreed at order stage by the company Blueroc Ltd t/a Leasing4u) vehicles must take place within 28 days of you receiving the contract documents; failure to maintain these time scales will also result in you being charged the cancellation fee appearing on this order.
We charge an agency fee of £195 + vat, which will be clearly shown on the customer order form emailed to you; this is only payable if you proceed and place an order with us. We may also receive remuneration or be paid a subsidy from our supplier should you decide to enter into an agreement with the credit provider for Regulated and Unregulated credit.
Vehicles must be insured comprehensively prior to delivery and the lessee must be on the policy either as the main driver or named driver. If you are entering into a Personal Lease Agreement you must hold a full valid UK driving licence. It is illegal to enter into a finance agreement on behalf of another person.
