BlueRoc Limited t/a Leasing4u are based in Congleton, Cheshire. We are a credit broker that offers lease deals on cars/vans and pickups throughout the UK.

The role involves:

•    To work as a member of the sales team, delivering sales and providing a first class customer service.
•    Supporting existing and new customers within a variety of fleet policies and sizes
•    Maximising opportunities to generate profitable business and build credible relationships with customers and colleagues
•    To achieve personal performance objectives

Duties will include handling enquiries from the internet and telephone, outbound calling to potential clients, preparing quotations, providing product information and finalising to sale and able to use a computer and perform other office duties.

After commencement we will discuss and agree minimum performance targets that they are expected to achieve. At Blueroc t/a leasing4u we conform to strict standards in respect of customer service, data protection and all aspects of government trading standard laws, they will also be expected to maintain the same standards. Training and assistance will be given to help in the satisfactory completion of their duties.

Hours of work are 37½ hours per week from 9-00 am to 5-30 pm with 1 hour for lunch from Monday to Friday. 20 days paid holiday a year plus all bank holidays, our holiday year runs from April to March per calendar year and holiday times should be authorised by the manager, any holiday entitlement not taken in the current year cannot be carried over. A full job description and contract of employment will be issued within one month of commencement.

Employment is subject to satisfactory references.

OTE: £22,000 with no commission cap. Target Bonus and Quarterly Bonus.

Role Responsibilities

Job purpose:

•    The management of allocated and prospected customers ensuring that the correct levels of customer service are provided and sales maximised.
•    Proactive customer and prospect relationship management
•    To achieve the highest possible number of sales from leads provided and contacts created

Key Responsibilities:

•    To respond to customer enquiries or problems within acceptable timescales, satisfying Customer / Third Party requirements
•    To become familiar and proficient in product knowledge and creating quotations
•    Prioritisation of workload to ensure all deadlines and customer needs are met
•    Ensuring that sales volumes are achieved in relation to personal targets set from time to time
•    Monitor orders to ensure that they are delivered in a timely manner through liaison with administration
•    Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
